Please introduce your product and give a brief about your role within the organization.
WebWork is an all-in-one platform focused on time tracking, productivity monitoring, and task management. It is essentially a large workspace, where remote teams can manage their tasks, track how much time they spend on them, and find obstacles slowing down the work process.
As the founder and CEO at WebWork, it is my role to ensure WebWork stays true to its purpose and becomes the go-to platform for all remote teams looking to ease their workflow.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
The main objective behind coming up with WebWork was the need for a quality time tracker for our own team when we were a small software development company. Then seeing the effective impact it had on our team, we knew other teams would benefit from it too. That’s when we decided to expand its functionalities and make it available to a larger customer base. And now we take high pride in what our product has come to be.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
Since the beginning, we wanted to make our SaaS product high-quality and affordable so that a larger pool of users could have access to optimizing their work processes. Compared to the other software alternatives in the market, we have a considerably lower price point while offering a much larger selection of functionalities.
Our customers get a whole workspace with numerous functionalities at a fraction of the price that other tools require for a single functionality.
What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
We mostly cater to B2B companies in industries like IT, marketing, attorneys, cleaners, healthcare, landscaping, and the like. However, we are not confined to them only, as we have freelancer clients as well.
What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
Tkey factor that makes WebWork stand out among competitors is the fact that it is a digital workspace that incorporates all necessities for remote work management. Moreover, we do everything to keep the price point affordable for such a wide scope of functionalities.
Meanwhile, our competitors have a considerably higher price point for sometimes only part of WebWork’s features
What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
I am proud to say that our customer satisfaction rate is fairly high. Customer satisfaction is the most important part of our business. We are constantly in touch with our customers and users, not only through customer support but also through our user request program. We closely follow our users' needs and feedback and respond accordingly.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
Yes. Our customers are repetitive as we are a SaaS company. Naturally, our users use WebWork on a regular basis.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
Yes. We provide our users with all the necessary information through demo calls, our blog, and YouTube tutorials. Soon we will also have a knowledge base on our website.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We offer support through live chat, tickets, email, video calls, and WhatsApp.
What has been the revenue for your product for 2022?
In 2022 the revenue of WebWork has increased by 63% compared to 2021.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
In the next 10 years, we see WebWork as the go-to platform for remote teams where they will be able to manage and conduct their whole work process. It will be especially aimed at improving remote work productivity. The latter will be measured based on the performance and well-being of employees which will also be measured by WebWork.

As an human Resources manager I like that you can monitor and check your employee's attendance. You'll get day off requests and see their working time line. It also provides tools to also compensate the employees based on the hours they tracked, very useful indeed for people working with the company online.
Each version has a new update which is greater than the other, new functions are being added that you even didn't think about ahead and they are actually very helpful.

Our team is satisfied by the product. I still haven't seen any employee complain as well. The customer support was very helpful as well when once we needed help.
Webwork Time Tracker helped me and my team work and navigate employee relationships, understand and communicate about their performances. It helps the managers observe their employees' productivity, mark their absences, showcase hardworking employees and that helps in appraising them accordingly. It's very user friendly.

WebWork Time Tracker, can be accessed from any device with an internet connection as I need to work from different locations.
It is the perfect software for the purposes I needed, and also it runs smoothly. It is easy to use once you have set it up with the regular projects that you undertake. All it takes, sometimes, is a click of the play button which lets you continue what you had done before. This tool easily integrates with third-party apps, including Asana, Trello, and Zapier, which allows us to improve our productivity. Overall, it is a user-friendly and very affordable time-tracking software. and I like that it serves the main purpose fast and efficiently.
