The tasks can be seen in either a kanban or a more traditional style, and dependencies can be specified between each individual task. The capability of the tool to handle even somewhat complicated project requirements is demonstrated by features such as problem and workflow management, Gantt charts, and individualized reporting. There is also a strong integration with other services, including Zoho's own suite of applications and those from other big players such as Google and Microsoft. It is part of a larger suite of productivity tools from the same firm, includes nearly all of the basic features you'd expect from a project management app at an especially low price. Tasks can be seen in kanban or more traditional formats, and dependencies between tasks can be defined. The program can handle even somewhat complex project requirements with features like problem and process management, Gantt charts, and customized reports. Both Zoho's own suite of apps and those from key competitors like Google and Microsoft, are also well integrated. Using the built-in chat app, you may communicate with other project team members without having to use external technologies like e-mail or Slack. Three users are allowed on the free tier, which includes only 10 megabytes of storage and two projects.

I like Zoho projects alot because it’s worked great for our business.

We at CocoDoc use Zoho Projects for our project planning and management. Generally, Zoho’s biggest advantage is the fact that it comes with almost everything that’s needed for project management under one roof. On the upside, Zoho projects offer a tone of flexibility and customization options. In fact, we prefer Zoho to other project planning software because we can tweak the features to fit the specific needs of our business. The ability to automate some facets of our project planning is the cherry on the cake too. Zoho’s automation capability really helps us with efficiency and reduced management workloads. On the downside, Zoho projects come with a steep learning curve. The fact that users can create templates for their project planning also means that the UI appears a little complicated at first glance. Also, Zoho projects lack some reporting features, and file exporting options are minimal.

The more we use it, and the more we explore its features, the more it is becoming an integral planning and communication tool for all of us. Zoho Projects allows you to view your task lists the way you like - classic, plain list and kanban view, which hence gives options to members to manage their tasks the way they like.
