Review Summary

Google is very well-known and passionate about developing its digital products. An excellent calendar with great opportunities for detailed planning, creating reminders, and collaborating. It continues to get better and better and the response to the functionality is fluid. I prefer Google Calendar now because it’s pure Google with a minimalist design user interface. I have been using it for years and I am very happy with it. It's amazing how much stuff it does that I just take for granted. It's easy to use even if you need to enter an appointment quickly. you can set up even more features too many to mention.

Review Summary

We ZZ Servers use Google Calendar. As a member of Google Workplace, you are automatically integrated with Gmail to organize events with ease. It also sends reminders, notifications, confirmation emails, cancellation emails, and even updates emails automatically. However, there are some drawbacks, such as a lack of smooth connection with non-Google apps, a lack of integrated task management, and a fairly crowded design. Despite this, our organization made extensive use of Google Calendar in our everyday operations.

Review Summary

We Neutypechic use Google Calendar for our scheduling needs for five years on a daily basis. The pros of using Google Calendar for scheduling are that it is reasonably user-friendly software, is widely available (usable on both computers and mobile devices), and integrates easily with other Google services. The main con of using Google Calendar would be that it can be pretty easy to over-schedule oneself utilizing the software, as there is no real-time limit function on events - meaning that one could quickly end up with a very full and possibly unmanageable calendar if they are not careful.

Review Summary

My company is using Google Calendar for a while now and Its web experience is really nice to use. Plus, they’ve added some great video conferencing connection abilities in the last few months. This is especially for google workspace users like myself. This really helps me do my thing. For example, I’m using Google calendar in a workspace, I can also be able to connect with other applications in the right hand panel. You can connect with google keep, google tasks and even get integrations with google calendar and gmail as well. The iOS and android apps look just as good.

Review Summary

At WikiLawn, Google Calendar fits our basic needs as a place to share a schedule for our small team. Everyone has access to it and I can also add reminders and events easily. It is free and fits into our current process easily.

However, there aren’t very many additional features that may become a problem down the road as our company grows and needs to track projects and more employee schedules.
