I've got a favorite relational database. I've got a favorite web form. I've got a favorite workflow system when I need input from others. Zapier has allowed me to tie all of those together without having to compromise so I can take advantage of the best features of all of them.

Time saver!

Zapier is a great tool to hook up two pieces of software and have it communicate with each other. I can quickly deploy a zapier solution that used to require me to write a lot of code. I can tell my non-techie team to use zapier instead of harassing the dev team. It's been a huge time saver.

Easy to connect

Pros: Easily connects to hundreds of services. Cons: Fixing buggy zaps can be frustrating. Overall Experience: As a non-technical marketer, I couldn't work without it. All other tools we use, we choose based on whether they connect to Zapier or not.

Zapier is an essential tool for marketers

Zapier makes it easy to link to multiple programs without having to know how to program. A lot of integrations want you to use their API or some burdensome software that they've designed. The fact that Zapier has so many options also makes it perfect for smaller companies that don't have the staff to create their own integrations.
