  • Unless manually executed the data refreshes automatically at a minimum of every 3 hours
  • While there are dozens of 3rd party applications that can be integrated, it would be great to have more!
  • There's isn't a trouble ticket management portal so having to follow up on customer service requests can be difficult without a ticket number

It is easy to import and export data, so even employees working at a beginner level can use this software

We Tech President use Zoho Analytics because they have the best data analytics and data presentation so far. It is easy to import and export data, so even employees working at a beginner level can use this software without any difficulties. We love that we can even communicate within the software, so task delegation, answering clarifications, and many others are easier. The only cons is that the enterprise price is almost $500 per month, hence more expensive than other BI software. We have been using this for almost three years now, on a daily basis.

Zoho was an easy-to-use application we implemented to track recruiting dates and other pertinent information. We would generate reports for unemployment data also as well as use this feature for leave tracking. This was extremely useful in pulling information for quarterly recruiting metrics. Our Operations team also used Zoho for specific reporting on their side of the company.

We use Zoho Analytics to create metrics dashboards for our team so they can have their numbers at a glance. The integrations and options are very expansive and there's a pretty steep learning curve in not only navigating the platform, but understanding Zoho's logic in how to set everything up. If you can figure it out, though, it's a wonderful tool.

It's hard to put a price on valuable insights that can improve a business bottom line. Hands down, Zoho Analytics has been priceless for us.

Born out of necessity, our company needed a tool to sync data in real-time and display the information in a customizable format that will be easy to interpret by various users. We have been using Zoho Analytics for close to 2 years and we still find new ways to leverage the tools and reporting. Sometimes we get stumped by the logic of what the requirement is that we want to achieve and in those cases, we call the customer support team who can usually answer the question over the phone or with a quick screen-sharing session. At times their team is busy assisting other clients so they are not always available when needed, but there are plenty of helpful resources within the software and online. We are customizing several reports, queries, dashboards, and data tables with the assistance of syncing the software with 3rd parties such as Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, and Google Sheets. We use the data clean-up feature and Zia Insights to gain quick pieces of information that help management.
