As far as I'm concerned, QuickBooks Desktop offers superior invoicing software capabilities, allowing users to generate professional invoices for their clients. The Premier edition provides customers with a range of professional, product, and service invoice templates, as well as industry-specific invoice templates. You can also use QuickBooks Payments to be paid more quickly, including the ability to add a Pay Now button to client invoices for rapid payment. All editions of QuickBooks Desktop offer excellent inventory monitoring capabilities, with the ability to track all products sold, cost of goods, inventory management, and inventory modifications.

QuickBooks Desktop Pro is a desktop accounting software that provides multi-monitor support that is useful for small businesses.

I liked this accounting software very much. I have started using it now and here it is easy to configure invoicing, banking, expenses, employees and more. Allows you to generate one-click sales and tax reports. I found it very useful with lots of features and it is really easy to use. It is very nice to utilize and has an eye-catching interface.

Awesome accounting software, I‘ve been using this solution for a few years now, and even though there is much software for similar use in the market, I find this one is by far the simplest. With its user-friendly interface one can easily create invoices and track sales, enter and pay bills, and much more.

Good software for basic bookkeeping

We use QuickBooks Desktop Pro for many of our clients. With minimal training, most people can perform basic entry and reporting. It is also more customizable than the online version, especially for payroll. The accountant's version offers additional tools that I have found very helpful.

Pros: It is solid and does what we want Cons: I wish it were the web-based version but our PSA software doesn't integrate well with the online version
