QuickBooks Time is a time tracking application used in my company helping employees get used to clock in and out, take breaks, and enter time card information. It offers a leave management tool that allows employees to use their mobile phones to request vacation or sick days for approval. This time management software also features employee scheduling capabilities, allowing you to schedule jobs or shifts and share them with team members to ensure they are informed of their upcoming work schedules. QuickBooks Time, which offers payroll connectivity, is great if you require time and attendance management software that is easily connected to a payroll system.

T Sheets is simple, intuitive and effective

Not only do we use T Sheets for our own firm, we have several clients that also use T Sheets. T Sheets has several time tracking preferences and was designed to work for almost any industry. If you work in a restaurant setting, you can opt to have your employees clock in using facial recognitio. If you have contractors working for you, they can clock in using a mobile app. T Sheets allows the company set up many parameters to meet their company's needs. T Sheets integrates with QuickBooks Online and makes running payroll very efficient. There are also many useful time tracking reports in the product.

A Must-Have for business

I'm a small business owner who 3 years ago realized that I had no idea if I was being profitable in terms of my time. It seemed that I was working all the time going from client fire-to-fire and at the end of the day I was exhausted. Then in 2018, I realized that I needed to track ALL of my time to see if I was working on profitable projects or just doing busywork. It didn't take long for me to realize that I was doing too much busywork that didn't have revenue connected to it. So that's when I decided to track my time using T-Sheets. Since then, I've been able to document where I am spending my time and where I am wasting my time. Now that I've integrated T-Sheets into QBO Projects, I can see my projects progress and track where I am making money and where I need to be more efficient in completing those projects. In the half-dozen times that I've needed technical help with T-Sheets, I can give an honest report that their tech staff is some of the best in the business. Every time I get to speak with a native English speaking knowledgable person who strives to help me with the problem at hand. Not only do they solve my problems in a timely manner, but each time they go above and beyond by showing me things about T-Sheets I didn't know or have time to learn about on my own. So I'd give their tech support staff a rating of 6 stars if I could. If you're looking for a time tracking tool that integrates well with QBO, then STOP right now and take a test drive. It's almost certain you will become a happy customer right away.

Why haven’t you got this already

We tried several different approaches to time tracking and none of them came close to the experience we have had with T-Sheets. We can only wish we had it sooner. The QuickBooks interface makes this software even more invaluable.

Excellent Tool for Small Business, too

Not all time trackers have to be big businesses. In my case, I am a one-man operation that wants to track my own time to see where I am being profitable and where I am wasting my time. In the 2+ years that I've been using T-Sheets integrated with QBO, I have been able to see that I was losing money on certain projects while making a lot of money on others. Similarly, when I bid a job, I estimate the number of hours it will take me to complete the video project. TSheets helps me track that time so I can know if I am approaching my time budget for the project or if I have time to spare and add a little extra pizzaz to the project. In the past year, I've had to call on the TSheets support team to help me get out of a jamb (that I created) and they were ALWAYS friendly, courteous, and most of all helpful to get me out of my problems. Tech support is a difficult job but their support staff makes it look easy and have always been there when I needed them.

Easy and Efficient

I am the bookkeeper for a small business that has employees in multiple locations. TSheets is the easiest time tracking program that we have used. I am able to track time and project hours as well as know where my employees are at all times. I would highly recommend TSheets.

Making life much easier

I made the decision to use TSheets for the 10 or so hourly employees at my company, and it was an immediate life saver in tracking overtime, PTO, and holidays. The integration into QB is very helpful. There have been some innate hiccups with the integration and some quirks, but I found customer support to be very helpful and personable. I’d definitely recommend TSheets.

Simple way to track time that employees don't hate

Time tracking is a necessary pain for many employees but TSheets makes it not so hard with intuitive mobile apps, easy time segmenting, and reminders to employees.
