What Users Like The Most

  • Its provision of both agile and traditional methodologies are of great help when the client needs hybrid modelled tools.
  • Customization of the task boards are pretty intuitive for the teams.
  • Auto replies to customers is a good feature to keep the client and team engaged.

What Users Like The Least

  • More work needs to be done on the User Interface side.
  • Some value addition of features like Budget tracking can be added as well.
  • Pricing models are a little steep.

Tool that is highly adaptable, fully comprehensive, and simple to use.

Initially this tool was quite a headache to learn and execute, keeping it maintained as it was difficult to manage projects working on the previously used tools as well as on Planio. Once the project was fully executed on Planio it definitely took some time but we count that as an experience period where we learned the tool and mid-way nothing was hindered. Now that we have been using it for the last few weeks, it has worked like magic. It surely is an up-gradation and the work is now way more organized and everybody knows exactly what to do and when to get done with. It tracks everything keeps the team updated and solves all the basic queries that a person could potentially get.

What do you like the most about Planio?

Provides the option to use the Gantt chart as well as the Kanban technique which shows diversity.

The Wiki-based tool is something interesting and new, we recently started using it and it's quite helpful and something different.

Tracking time, budget, and document management are some highly used features for my team.

What do you like the least about Planio?

As of now, we haven’t faced any issues with either the software or the team.

Highly efficient, flexible, and versatile Project Management tool but there’s scope for improvement.

The tool has been highly valuable for the team, the features available are quite useful and support most of the tasks that the project Management team would perform. With Planio workflow management has been under control, and its ability to manage projects in an agile way is really impressive. Time tracking. Collaborations, communications, and managing documents are some useful features but they are available in all the other PM software which are much cheaper in price. The user interface needs to be worked upon as it can look more presentable and updated.

It supports the agile methodology which is quite impressive.

Workflow management with this tool has noticeably improved.

What do you like the least about Planio?

Working on schedules and task allocations, I have noticed discarding a completed task is quite frustrating with this tool which is one of the often activities that needs to be done.

The user interface definitely needs improvement, it does not support customization.

We faced some bugs which were resolved later but these minor inconveniences also affect the workflow of the team.

Great tool for managing projects as well as clients .

The overall experience using Planio has been delightful lately, a specific feature that I'd like to talk about which I'm personally fond of is the Help Desk. Our customers are very much intertwined with the day to day notifications of their project updates, and Help Desk features help my team in managing all of it with its auto-recognition of the individual (which company he/she belongs to) and deliver an automated or a custom made mail to them. It also includes FAQ management in the same interface, which is very useful for new projects or client onboarding.
