I have been using Lucidchart for more than 6 years, both while I was working in the Retail/Hospitality sector in NCR and now that I work in Jaggaer as a part of the Development team. So, in that sense, neither of my companies used the software, I have always used it on my own in order to create content for work. That being said, I used it to create various Activity diagrams, flowcharts, and process flows. As an example, I've created a detailed activity diagram which consisted of an incident flow within the Service desk; 3 tiers of support, field service, customer service desk, and automated process. it was a complex activity diagram consisting of more than 60 elements. It saved me a lot of time while doing many diagrams. I'd say, it saved me at least 20-30% time per project when compared to some other industry standard apps.
