Google Drive is like my assistant that help me create documents share it and store it wisely. its very easy to use as has both windows and andriod version

I have been using it for the last 5 years, and I am satisfied with its support and performance. I get 15 GB of free storage with my Google account. I can easily upload documents and share them with teammates. Real-time synchronization has saved me time; I can easily use several devices from anywhere and keep them updated.

We YardsNearMe use Google Drive for the document management purpose of our business. We prefer Google Drive for its easy-to-use interface. Also, it is MS Office compatible, thus ensuring storing videos, PDFs, photos, and presentations is secured. Additionally, we can share the required files using a custom link. The best advantage of using Google Drive is it offers to access your documents from any corner of the world, thus making it easier to work in team collaboration. We have used Google Drive for three years daily for various document management purposes.

When I started using it there were lot of confusion but today as I am able to experience lot of changes have been done to simplify the use of Google Drive. This is something extraordinary.

Google drive is a very important tool to store data on the cloud and share data with others. It has a storage system and allows everyone to access it from anywhere with a help of the internet. It is easier to set up and users can get access to different services like Gmail, photos, YouTubes. Google doc has an online feature and saves any document automatically and can easily be shared with others. Important documents or any updates on companies' policies can easily be shared with team members by google doc. The editor can set the privacy of who can edit the documents or not. Moreover, google sheets also an important feature that gives us access to track down all the team members' attendance. To record and analyzes situation like if couriers or customers having an issue using the app or other concerns, we can gather the data and send it to the appropriate team to look into it.

There are plenty of places out there that offer online backups and file sharing. But Google Drive is by far the best solution I've used. First, your ability to share files is much more robust than DropBox and unlike Dropbox, it won't require the user to upgrade if you've chosen a bad sharing option. I've had clients use Dropbox, but it forced me to upgrade simply to gain access, where I have never had that happen with Google drive. Also, it offers a very convenient way to mount your drive so you can use it simply as a local drive. This is great as we put all of our client files on a drive, so they are shared across the service and sales organizations.

We at Dragonfly just use Google Drive for our transcriptions. We open a new document in the Drive, hit CTRL + Shift + S and start recording. You can also run a video at the same time and have it automatically transcribe that. It’s not perfect, and you need to make revisions following the transcription, but that goes for any transcription service. It’s totally free, which is a big plus, especially for a company such as ours that doesn’t do a lot of transcription.

Using google platform is always a good experience. Whit google drive you can create and share documents, presentations, data sheet easily. It is free to use you can collect feed backs and conduct test using google form which is there in the drive.

We've been using Google Drive for a few years for our daily backups and file sharing. It makes everything much easier to documents and share files between colleagues. I had a few issues regarding the available space, since it gives each user a certain amount, where I thought that the whole organization could share the same disk space, so I thought it was somewhat confusing at first. Besides, I think Google Drive is very useful to our organization.

During Covid-19 pandemic, accessing confidential files from home by using google drive.its safe from malware and other viruses. There is no issue of data loss due to hard disc issue.

- Unable to carry out complex tasks on docs and sheets.

- Can take some time to get used to the UI if coming from Microsoft Office.

Here are the pros and cons of Google Drive:

PROs. Since Google Drive is a cloud-based server, it enables you to access your files anywhere as long as you have your gmail and password with you. You can organize your files, upload, remove or edit real-time, and your colleagues will also get to see what has been changed. Also, you can add comments on cells (Google Sheets) or words (Google Docs).

CONs. Since you can use multiple devices in accessing your Google Drive account, we must also be aware that it is vulnerable to hackers, so make sure you log out of devices you’re not using and change your password regularly to prevent others from stealing your data or accessing your account.
