Solid marketing automation but nothing special

Pardot has a lot of breadth to its capabilities - you can build and send emails, build forms and landing pages, create automated campaigns, track marketing content engagement for leads, even track SEO, and more. However, I've found that none of the core functionality of Pardot is really best-in-class, it just gets the job done. For example, the email builder and landing page builder are not simple drag-n-drop like many other tools on the market. They have templates, but they are extremely rigid and require a good amount of HTML knowledge to customize them. There aren't really any major downsides, which is good. Everything is well organized and fairly intuitive. If you're on Salesforce as your CRM already, there's no reason I would say not to go with Pardot for marketing automation other than it's fairly pricy, but if you're on Salesforce, you can probably handle it.

Pros: Integrated with salesforce. Relatively easy to use. Decent UI and UX

Cons: You'll have to study a lot to get the gist of it.

It is a very robust tool that has been able to do accommodate everything we've asked of it. I like that if the functionality of a certain part of the tool can't exactly do what I need it to, there are work-around ways and other functionalities that can be creatively configured or strung together to achieve my goals.
