About ClicVet

ClicVet is a management app for veterinary clinics and hospitals, mobile vets, vaccination centers, exotic animal practices, pet grooming and pet spas, pet shops and veterinary pharmacies. Owners book through an online link that only shows free slots, so the same hour cannot be booked twice. The menu includes a dashboard with reports (PDF and Excel), appointment calendar, owner records, pet records with clinical history, vaccines, weight and allergies, sales, cash register with daily closing, expenses with VAT, services and products, veterinarians with commissions and payroll, inventory, suppliers, WhatsApp and email messaging, and search.

AI tools create appointments from everyday language, summarize the clinical history of a pet, answer questions and write a strategic report. Data can be imported from Excel, Word or PDF. Web and Android, in English, Spanish and French. 30-day free trial with no card; plans from CLP 4,990 a month.
