Contractor Foreman

This software is a great tool for project planning and time tracking.

Contractor Foreman has been a great addition to our small construction business. Time tracking is easy when syncing with Quickbooks, the project scheduling feature has made managing multiple project so much easier. The support from the team at Contractor Foreman has been nothing short of fantastic. We are very please with this product!

At first I was skeptical but the more I used the app the easier it became and it's a great tool to communicate with your team on jobs needing to be done and to keep track of the status of them!

Contractor foreman has been a great tool for developing my business. It comes with great templates for preparing proposal and pursuing leads. It makes managing paper work associated with purchase order, drawings and cost a breeze so we can focus on actual construction instead of all the files and paperwork. Very helpful support staff and training.

We chose Contractor Foreman because we wanted ONE program that would accomplish the tasks of the many (6 or so) programs we were using. This software helped to consolidate our efforts and bring our company together in regards to standard operating procedures. We are still in the beginning stages of implementation, however we've been able to run many projects through from start to finish and we are very pleased with the plan. This is a comprehensive software, that my company has integrated into everyday use. The aspect I like the most is that it is always improving. The innovators working in the background at Contractor Foreman are constantly seeking to optimize. We needed to shorten the list of programs we were using. Some of our staff used all of the programs mentioned, and more to accomplish their tasks. Having everyone work in the same program helps us maintain consistency and efficiency. It also lets us track progress and gather information on best practices. For us, Contractor Foreman is much more versatile and comprehensive.

We have been looking for a software to help with communication between the field and the office. We were also looking for a way to keep daily logs and photos. We looked at a lot of software programs to help accomplish this feat, and they all came up short. Contractor Foreman is the best we have found. The software is intuitive and easy to use. The support has been amazing and the "Live Chat" feature is really helpful. It has everything we were looking for in a Project Management Software.

Our company has fully migrated our operations to CF over the past few months. It has been a great organizational tool to manage all of our ongoing projects. The best part about CF is their support team, and they are always available to assist and answer your questions about the number of features.

I like the ease of use and the flexibility of the software. I really like that everything is completely adjustable and if something is missing the development team is really attentive to the suggestions and new options or features. Its always being updated and improved and has a great deal of options and features that are very helpful

Overall: Narrowed it down to Knowify and Contractor Foreman. These two had the most similar features, but Knowify was more than twice as expensive, so it wasn't worth spending that much more for a better UI. Pros: The amount of customization is amazing and it's very feature robust.
