The gamification of the CRM is a very much unique option to choose for breaking stereotypes.
The sales have driven up since we have started using this particular Customer Relationship Management software. The spirit of competition with each team member as well as other teams. Keeps the staff motivated and energised as it is the morning time even at 4 pm. The mobility tracking of every individual and the progress of over all work, numbers of the sales are very much real time. I like this software personally because it has the best features of the CRM and has gamification as the perfect motivator for my staff.

What do you like the most about Digiteam?
Gamifications of the tool to keep the executive’s spirits lifted is the biggest pro.
Minimising the usage of Paper was one of my motives, and Digiteam has helped me fulfil that motive.
The perfect record keeping of call logs as well as the conversation we had with the individual customer is saved as well. That part of the software is very awesome.
What do you like the least about Digiteam?
