dinerr helps restaurant teams manage QR menus, guest ordering and payments, reservations, waitlists and tables. Staff use a web dashboard or the dinerr Mobile app on iOS and Android. Pro adds a live orders board, kitchen access, staff accounts and service analytics. Premium adds AI phone answering for guest questions, food orders and table bookings, with transfer to staff and secure payment links sent by text. The Free Plan has no subscription charge; guest card payments incur a 1% dinerr platform fee plus processing fees.

Pro and Premium use subscriptions without that platform fee; processing fees still apply. A 14-day subscription trial requires a card. Guest payments are available only in supported countries; partner integrations have restaurant and market eligibility requirements. Standalone dish-margin and Google Business Profile audit tools are also available without an account.
