Os enough to say I had a really bad experience, the company sent a follow up email “wanting to know how was my experience”, I made deep critics to the absence of online support and to some features not working properly and got zero answer. Couple of weeks latter, when they shut down the trial in the middle of a lecture - cause they apparently go by the company clock, independent of time you activated it or even the end of the 14th day at your end - and I sent them a second email, citing the fist and complaining, the company said they didn’t feel they owed me an answer, cause my email didn’t have any questions. Not an apology, not a functionality explanation, not a promise to correct the functionality. Nothing. This company is run by a bunch of amateurs.
