  • May not give a realistic result for diverse work fields- employees who don’t work a lot on the computer will have low productivity results
  • They don't provide automatic time tracking in my plan, but after sending a mail they customized it.
  • Sometimes updates take a little longer, but they usually fix this quickly.

User-friendly interface as it is not at all complicated to use.

Best for track the attendance records without any human error.

It provides a statistical representation of working hours and active hours.

What do you like the least about EmpMonitor?

Takes a while to load the login and logout details in HRMS section.

The data freezes sometimes that makes a bit unclear about working hours.

Once the EmpMonitor website faced time lag issue but resolved later.

ometimes the software lags which could be fixed, and also it takes time to update therefore it takes time to see employee productivity reports.
