EveryLastMile keeps a mileage logbook that fills itself in. On-device sensor fusion detects when a drive starts and ends, so each trip is recorded as it happens rather than rebuilt from memory months later. Logs reconstructed after the fact routinely fail under examination.

Every entry captures date, start and end points, route, distance, and classification. One swipe marks a drive business or personal; personal trips file themselves. Per-drive notes record the client, property, or appointment behind a trip, supplying the business-purpose detail a log needs to stand on its own. Split, join, and multi-select tools fix mis-detected drives in seconds.

Multi-vehicle support keeps separate logs for more than one car, and saved locations recognize recurring stops. The log exports as a PDF formatted to IRS Publication 463, or as a CSV for a spreadsheet. Trip data stays encrypted on the iPhone; optional iCloud sync writes to the owner's own Apple account.
