About Get HVAC Pad

Get HVAC Pad is an invoicing and job app for independent HVAC technicians and small HVAC companies (an owner plus up to 5 techs). It takes a service call from quote to paid on the tech's phone.

Price jobs from your own price list with sales tax worked out. The customer approves and signs on your phone or theirs. Get paid by cash, check, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or card through your own Square, Stripe or PayPal. Get HVAC Pad never takes a cut. Deposits and partial payments are tracked, and unpaid balances get automatic reminders.

Invoices go out by text or email as a web link or PDF, with your logo, in English or Spanish. It keeps working with no signal in attics and basements and syncs later. The Teams plan adds a dispatch board, a time clock and payroll hours.
