A page level permission feature is best. If you only want to share a particular page rather whole document it is so easy with greenbox.

Recurring reminders, watermarking, commenting, role-based permissions, audit trail, labeling, and space utilization tracking are just a few of the features. Employees may use the program to see version history and recover prior versions of files. Team members may save folders in safe cloud storage, share complete files or portions of files with user groups, define the expiration date of shared links, and get automatic notifications whenever documents are edited.

I've only seen the possibility of having permissions at the page level in Greenbox.

This is the most convenient option for people who only want to share a single page rather than a complete document.

What do you like the least about Greenbox?

The one thing that worries me about utilizing Greenbox is that there aren't many font alternatives to choose from, which happens every time I do so.

Different font types will undoubtedly be required in the event of articles we wish to add extra fun to.
