Helix ALM is our company’s favorite Requirement Management software for tool integration and software testing. It allows us to centralize and manage requirements, test cases, issues, and other development artifacts with their relationships. The software has good functionality, is easy to fit the processes to our needs, and offers filters that we use as much as possible. We also like the shelving files feature because even in the event of a system crash, they can still be retrieved. On the contrary, it isn’t compatible with all web browsers, has a difficult setup, and has no HTML email support. We have used the software for almost a year now. It has been helpful in requirement management, and we use it at least once a week.
