HelpDeskZ is a PHP-based system software that allows managing the site’s support with a web-based support ticket system.

Excellent solution. It works great with access to all major functions. I am able to manage the tickets with such ease using this one. At some point, I felt that this help desk solution is very much needed for the support system.
