We Absolute Reg use HRSprout. It has a holistic ecosystem approach. This integrated payroll and HR system helps us automate administrative tasks and organize employee records, payroll information, and enrollment for benefits or training. It also features real-time and convenient monitoring of time-keeping and attendance. However, during downtimes, Sprout's HR system makes it difficult to clock in and out on time, and we need to make some schedule adjustments that can also be confusing. But as for the overall performance, this software is highly government compliant and easily accessible with one click, which I would still rate as the highest. Our company has been using it for two years now, and it has significantly contributed to the success of our HR monthly reports.
