We Plainly are using IDrive Online Backup because we feel it's tailored toward small businesses, has everything we need, and has an affordable monthly price. Our first choice was Veeam, but we thought it didn't fit our budget and use case as well. When it comes to benefits, it is helpful in scheduling backups, the software is very user-friendly and allows easy buying of extra space when needed. We've been using this software for a year and a half. We typically use it once a week and take advantage of the option to pre-schedule our backups. Your computer needs to be online when you do it, so typically we set it for Friday morning. The program runs in the background while you do your work. A few times, I've experienced interrupted backups. It would be great if the software would allow you to continue the backup from that point. Also, it's a bit unclear as to why some backup fails to happen in the first place.
