Rude gesture on the call.
The company doesn't give access to their product and asks customers to do a remote session regarding the demo. When asked about some features that they don't have and think we will not be their customer on site, they hung up the call. What an unpleasant conversation. Force sales rather than getting customers problems and looking into and solving
