Kevanto

Kevanto is a free browser-based recipe-cost worksheet for small kitchens, cafes and bakers. Enter pack prices, usable-yield percentages and recipe quantities to calculate ingredient batch totals and cost per finished portion. Optional labor, overhead, packaging, payment-fee and tax inputs help users inspect their own menu-price assumptions. Batch scaling, local recipe storage, CSV/JSON import and export, and print views support a repeatable worksheet workflow. A separate yield chart cites USDA records, and guides explain food-cost percentage and recipe costing.

Calculations run in the browser without a mandatory account or recipe upload; saved recipes use local browser storage. Kevanto is a costing worksheet, not POS, inventory synchronization or a cloud recipe-management system. Results depend on the prices, measured yields and operating assumptions entered by the user.
