What Users Like The Most

Kntrol is very easy to use and makes device management simple. It saves time by letting me manage everything in one place. The dashboard is clean, and all features are easy to understand and use.
I liked how easy Kntrol is to use. It has a clean layout, and I was able to set everything up quickly. The customer support team was also very helpful and fast to reply.
Affordable solution with all the basic features like activity monitoring, clipboard logs, and USB restrictions. The dashboard layout is clean and allows quick access to key user actions. It’s a decent value for small and medium businesses starting with DLP tools.

What Users Like The Least

Some advanced features take time to find or understand without help. A better onboarding guide or tooltips would make it easier for first-time users.
Sometimes the app runs slowly, and I noticed a few small bugs when switching between screens. It also took some time to update device settings.
The setup process can be tricky, and some features are not very intuitive to use. Advanced settings require technical understanding, and customer support could be more responsive. Occasional delays in sync and reporting can impact real-time monitoring.
