KronoDesk is an integrated customer support solution that provides ticketing, a customer support forum and a self-service knowledge base.
It has been incredibly useful for me. It works well for what I need. It keeps an accurate record of my time and projects. support ticket tracking, interaction tracking, and new features coming regularly. Easy to access and so much better than the previous one.
