Kuchikomi Robo helps restaurants, clinics, salons, retailers, hospitality businesses, and other location-based organizations manage customer reviews and local search activity. Businesses can create QR-based review request flows, guide customers as they write feedback, draft owner responses with AI assistance, monitor reviews, and view performance information. The service is designed to reduce the time and friction involved in requesting and responding to reviews while keeping people in control: users review, edit, and publish content themselves.

It is delivered as a web-based cloud service and supports Japanese-language operations and multi-location management, and the review-posting screen is also available in English, Chinese, Korean and Spanish.
