Liberum Help Desk is a complete help desk solution for small to medium IT departments and service providers to track support cases.
Great software!! I just started working with this help desk solution. and I must say that this one is a nice tool to fulfill all purposes with amazing features, mainly email integration, Service Level Agreement (SLA) management, and Knowledge Base. it is super-fast to submit a ticket here.
