What Users Like The Least

  • Some of the reports take forever to load, especially when you’re pulling data across a ton of domains or a large timeframe. We’ve also had a few moments where the platform data didn’t quite line up with what we were seeing in GA or Adobe, which made it hard to tell which source to trust. Another thing—we expected a bit more from the AI features. They’re decent for content recommendations, but sometimes the suggestions are kinda generic or off-base.
  • With it being a large enterprise-ready platform, it take some time and understanding how the platform works, and because of all of the features the platform has, it can seem overwhelming without proper training. Though their support has been really good, it still is just a tool at the end of the day, and you need to commit to such a solution to truly leverage it
  • I wish there were more training videos but we receive so many live trainings, it's really never an issue.

It's helping us get comprehensive data on our organization, which is a large enterprise in Fintech/software. Keyword tracking, identifying high value content and new visits. Everything is very well set up with page groups and keyword groups so we can easily identify what's performing well and what's not. We can easily pivot and change strategy to adjust for market conditions.

The data cube they've invented pulls the best from Google Search Console and does all the heavy lifting. They also cache all the search console info so you can get historical. Their PLP process is very easy to assign keywords to pages, too.

Customizing the dashboards can be tricky and isn't intuitive. The pre-built reports usually cover everything I need though.

There isn't a time where I open the LinkRocket platform and not find an opportunity for our business.

Limited 1st party analytics data integration is the only hurdle I'm currently facing, although solutions do exist, they aren't as straightforward as the platform's integration with Google properties (i.e. GA4)

What I like best about LinkRocket is its Data Cube X feature. It provides so much keyword data that helps to make decisions on what pages to optimize and what keywords to optimize for that page. You can also do a competitive analysis to see where competitors are ranking better than you to help come up with new content ideas or to update existing pages to optimize desired keywords. The reporting is also very helpful to see what work we are doing is helping.
