My company USSalvage Yards uses an M-file. It is a necessity since I have a large team that may need to access files in order to go about their jobs. It is also easy to locate files on this software. All you'd need to know is the type of document you are looking for. It also detects duplicates faster and updates the latest document to a singular file but it requires training to use and some of the licensing options are hard to choose from.
