Customer service responses are always quick, thorough, and friendly.

I do online marketing for my family commercial film production business, as well as for our clients. Across the board At HOFFMAN PRODUCTIONS, I use and recommend Madmimi, for two main reasons: 1. Its interface is the least cluttered and easiest to use that I've seen. 2. The customer service responses are always quick, thorough, and friendly. I do lament that they've stopped their affiliate program, but I still recommend them even though i don't get paid for doing so. There are some features that other, more complex sites offer that it doesn't, but it generally covers all of our email marketing needs.
