About Mentbot
Mentbot is comment automation for businesses that sell on Facebook and Instagram. When someone comments on a post, Mentbot replies under the comment and sends the commenter a private message in Messenger or Instagram Direct. A question like "How much?" becomes a conversation the seller can close, not a buyer who went cold waiting for an answer.
Keyword and hashtag rules decide which reply goes out, and a rule can be limited to specific posts. Mentbot can also like or hide comments automatically, and it sends the seller a Telegram alert when a customer's message sits unread.
