ON24

ON24 has provided a whole new way for my firm to connect with candidates who are considering moving their practices to our firm. They can have live interaction with our recruiters and firm subject matter experts in a confidential and comfortable setting. And in the current pandemic environment, it has allowed us to continue to effectively engage with candidates when typically these meetings would be face-to-face.

For webcasts, it works fairly well. I have run into Flash issues, as the PMXD seems to depend upon Flash. Flash is going away! In the PMXD, the video plays erratically, but what the attendees see it seems to play fine. I again suppose it has to do with Flash? Overall, the software works as advertised. Just some annoying issues with it from time to time.
