We Jaxery use People HR as an all-inclusive out-of-the-box HR solution we chose this because we're a young business and the tool allows us to pay per user, as opposed to having huge onboarding costs that we can't afford. It's been a huge benefit to us because it does almost everything from payroll alignment to timesheets and allows employees to log in themselves to self-serve and get the information that they need. We've been using this tool since we employed our first staff member and can't see it ever changing unless we got so big we needed something that linked into other unique systems via API etc. As the HR Lead, I log in to the system about twice a week to update information and check analytics but staff members in reports have said they also use it about once a week on average.

We 100 Tattoos use PeopleHR, and we love it. It allows us to keep track of all our employees' data and get it into the right hands at the right time. We’ve been using PeopleHR on a daily basis for more than 3 years now, and it has never failed us yet. It's incredibly easy to use. The interface is clean and intuitive, so even new employees can figure it out without any trouble. We can easily see when someone is leaving or joining our company, which helps us plan ahead for new hires or fill empty positions more quickly. It's not as customizable as other systems we've tried in the past (like SAP), but it works well enough for what we need, so this isn't really a big issue for us.

It’s also great for team-building and remote working, all the while allowing the HR team to keep track of how things are doing. And if your company does 360-degree feedback, PeopleHR is here to help. Lastly, PeopleHR is extremely useful when looking to hire a new employee. It keeps track of everything in one place, and it will help with the onboarding process (which many companies tend to struggle with).

Unlike manual systems that are frustrating to work with, PeopleHR constructs insightful graphic reports and engages people on missions through high-impact tasks.

Great software, easy to handle, fantastic functions and very price competitive. I started testing with the software and had experience with Cobra HR software. PeopleBook HR is a lot quicker and more accurate. Easy to integrate with existing software platforms with the great support of the staff. Nice layout, easy to understand.

Cons: It's crucial to keep in mind that almost no app in the Applicant Tracking Software category will be an ideal solution able to fulfill all the goals of various business types, sizes and industries. Overall Experience: People HR is a reliable human resources management solution built for small and medium businesses. It provides users with a full suite of tools that can support critical HR processes. From recruitment and onboarding to attendance tracking and performance monitoring, this can simplify a multitude of HR workflows through automation. This allows users more room and time to focus on other HR areas that require expert attention and action.

Pros: We love using PeopleBookHR because it is clean and simple. Easy to use and highly efficient. Cons: Support - The slow response from the tech support team is a little bit discouraging. Overall Experience: It's cheap, it saves time, it works. Any small company with more than 10 employees should definitely check it out.

Pros: Easy to use the basic functions of an HR novice. Cons: I think that the issues with this product stem from their inability to handle larger groups/information. Overall Experience: Good tool if you want to keep track of different contracts and tasks via the timesheet option.
