We Backpacks Global use Pinpoint. It’s excellent at asking all the right questions and is designed to be managed by multiple people, which is perfect because I have a whole team for recruitment, and they can all log in and easily use this app. Moreover, it’s easy to use and understand and doesn’t require a whole lot of training.

We Griddle King use Pinpoint. We love this software because of how information is displayed and is easy to follow. We want to make the application process as streamlined as possible so that we can get through applications quickly, and Pinpoint helps us do just that because of its modern style. It includes recruitment automation features, diversity hiring, and candidate experience management, so we know that the applications aren’t only going well on our end but on our candidate’s end too. The main downside to Pinpoint is that it is quite pricey, but we think it’s worth the cost. We’ve been using this software for around three years and have never looked back. We tend to check it bi-weekly unless we have recently opened applications, in which case someone usually checks the software daily.
