Plooto provides diverse accounting and finance software has helped company in multiple ways. We have great financial control of all our processes now, which only became possible due to the unifying ability of Plooto to cater to the accounts receivables and payables, reconciliations, relevant reporting, approvals, and much more. Pros: You can automate and modify your accounts payable process by customizing the approval process for each of your clients. This can be done by setting various approval tiers for different payable ranges. On each payment clearance, the approvers receive a notification and they can authorize the payment from anywhere in the world. You can also speed up the receivables process by using Plooto’s PAD feature. This enables the user to have the payment made directly from the payer’s account. In case of a recurring payment, you can also set it on Go Autopilot and have the payments come in automatically without any extra effort. The software offers a 30-day free trial period. Moreover, you have the option to get a quote as well, which will be in accordance with the services, nature of the business, and company size that you choose.   Cons: The one con of using this software is that it is only limited for users located within the U.S. The software asks for a zip code, which won’t be read in case you’re located outside of the U.S. Cannot be used outside USA.
