Overview

About PropRetire

PropRetire answers the question Australians with rentals ask: will we be okay when we stop work? It shows what is left each month and how long their money lasts. Each result shows its working. Households use it, and so do their accountants and advisers.

You record your properties, loans, income and cash once. PropRetire works out the tax on a sale, and sets retirement choices side by side, such as keeping every property or selling the investments. A figure's working shows the records and assumptions it used, and the arithmetic. A household can download a report as a PDF for its accountant.

PropRetire never says which choice to make. General information only. Not financial, tax, legal or credit advice.
