Quickreviewer

The QuickReviewer user interface is one of my favorites. Setting up a proof and sharing it for review is simple. The proofing interface is also one of my favorites. Comments are simple to add and intuitive.

I like how simple it is to personalise for our team and how user-friendly it is. Each project with our team is broken down into stages, with clear instructions for each department on what is required of them.

I enjoy how we can share work across our teams in different office locations, and they can critique my design in real time. Approving work has become considerably easier, and faster, especially with version control. I love the compare feature. I can see exactly what part of the document was changed, and it eliminates a lot of painful switching between PDFs or printing the files to identify the differences. The programme is extremely user-friendly, and my team members quickly learned how to use it.

I like the flexibility and options to create workspaces and share them with my team. The workspace option is nice because not everyone wants to give access to everything all of the time. I particularly love that it supports Adobe files and connects with PS and InD

I like its review and approval system. Because earlier I used to get approval of everything on WhatsApp and Email Because of this tool my work became easy because now I can see my live reviews and can also give live comments for my changes

I like that I can use my logo and brand colors on Quickreviewer, and I think it's fantastic that my customers get to see my logo even in the basic plan. The review features are simple for them to use and its easy for me to identify them based on what directly pertains to me. It's also quite useful to have the ability to check off comments once done. Plus, I enjoy that I can download the file with comments; it saves me from having to keep navigating the video.

I had just established my own company, and dealing with all of the marketing material review took up the majority of my time. I learned about quickreviewer via an online advertisement. I gave it a shot. It's quite simple to use. Since then, I've been utilising this software to manage all of the work I do with freelance graphic designers and some businesses. The best part is that I can check for updates on my phone by clicking on the links and logging in via the browser. This software has assisted me in streamlining the review and approval process and maximising the time I have available, which I now utilise to improve the efficiency and quality of my services rather than waste.
