RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM has the best deal tracking no matter what your price range.

RealtyJuggler has been around longer than I have been an agent and that really pays off for me. They offer all of the usual features a CRM should have - sending email, google sync, large letter and flyer libraries, the ability to edit and create custom content, great deliverability, texting, followup, tasking, calendar tracking, income and expenses tracking, etc. But, where RealtyJuggler shines is both the integration of these features in a consistent user interface that works on every device I've ever tried it on, but also world-class deal tracking. You can track ever aspect of your sales funnel from new leads that feed directly into RealtyJuggler from your websites, through the lead nurturing steps, to the active Buyer or Seller (pre-contract) through the the Contract and Post-Close follow-up that you need to do to get repeat business. If you are using a broker provided CRM, even if it is "free", consider RealtyJuggler to gain an edge. It works for agents, brokers/teams and TCs.

What do you like the most about RealityJuggler?

Maybe the best feature of RealtyJuggler is that they answer their phone. Their published number (970) 672-3467 doesn't dump you into an automated system, it connects you directly with the fine tech support team. Sure, they have manuals and tutorial videos, but sometimes getting a question answered quickly is what you need and they deliver. They have one on one training, a 90 day free trial, and yep, they treat you well as a customer.

What do you like the least about RealityJuggler?

I think the thing I hated at first about RealtyJuggler was their interface - it is point and click and looks different from other software that I use. But, it is extremely fast to use and works and looks the same on my desktop as it does on my iPad. So, when I'm using RealtyJuggler when I'm out and about, I don't have to learn a different interface. For software that does offer mobile, it often looks nothing like the desktop app. RealtyJuggler gives you that familiar and fast same interface.
