Resumate is an AI resume screening platform purpose-built for Indian HR agencies, staffing firms, and corporate HR teams managing high-volume hiring.

Most recruiters spend 30–40 hours a month manually reading and scoring resumes — work that is slow, inconsistent, and the lowest-value part of the job. Resumate eliminates that. Upload a job description and a batch of resumes, and the platform returns a fully ranked candidate list with score breakdowns in under a minute.

The scoring engine uses GPT-4o-mini for semantic understanding — not keyword matching. It recognizes that "Postgres" means "PostgreSQL," understands contextual experience signals, and evaluates candidates on mandatory skills, experience alignment, optional skills, and cultural fit indicators. Scoring weights are fully configurable per role.
