About RichAutomate

RichAutomate is a WhatsApp Business API platform for Indian and global businesses. It covers the full customer conversation on WhatsApp: bulk broadcast campaigns with Meta-approved templates, a visual no-code chatbot flow builder, Meta native WhatsApp Flows (in-chat forms), AI agents that answer from your own knowledge base, and a shared team inbox with assignment, labels and notes. Businesses connect their own number through Meta Embedded Signup, manage templates, track delivery and read status in real time, and connect WhatsApp to their stack through a developer REST API, webhooks and a Shopify integration.

There is no monthly platform fee: with Client Pay you pay Meta directly plus Rs 0.10 per message, or with SaaS Pay you recharge a wallet and pay per message. A 14-day free trial includes 100 credits.
