RxCompliant helps ecommerce stores that sell prescription-required products collect and verify prescriptions before an order ships. Merchants tag the products that need a prescription, and customers upload one right on the product page. Each upload is checked by AI, which flags documents that aren't valid prescriptions. The merchant then approves or rejects it from one dashboard, orders stay on hold until approval, customers are emailed the outcome, and every decision is kept in an exportable audit trail.

RxCompliant works with Shopify, WooCommerce (plugin on WordPress.org), Magento and custom stores through a single script tag. It is built for sellers of CPAP machines, oxygen concentrators, mobility equipment, compression garments, contact lenses and other medical devices. A free plan includes 25 prescription uploads a month.
