The feature to send clients updates to their RO builds trust as we can send invoices to clients along with pictures or videos. It keeps them at peace by knowing precisely what the company is doing to their vehicle. Additionally, it becomes easy for us to manage vehicle repair history.On the management side, appointment scheduling and the employee time clock has improved our productivity. Moreover, it allows the appointment scheduling with the business website that makes the whole workflow smoother.Their customer support responds quickly and resolves issues promptly. Cons:It would be great to have financial management features in this software as well.
