Slate

Slate covers the documents an Israeli business issues and the reports it files. Exempt dealers issue transaction invoices, receipts and quotes with no VAT line. Licensed dealers and companies also issue tax invoices, tax invoice receipts and credit invoices. The business type is set at registration, and the system offers only the documents that type may issue.

Running numbers are allocated on the server, so two devices cannot produce a duplicate. An issued document cannot be edited or deleted, and a correction goes through a credit note. Signing happens server side, with nothing to install. Every document carries a QR code and a public verification link.

Slate connects once to the Tax Authority Israel Invoice service, then requests allocation numbers by itself on every invoice that needs one.

Reports cover periodic VAT, PCN874, profit and loss, receivables aging and sales breakdowns. Books export in Open Format, and history imports from Open Format, Excel or CSV.
