They also accept insurance if you meet the eligibility criteria. Talkspace works closely with workspaces and educational institutions to make therapy affordable and accessible for employees and students.  This platform also provides unlimited messaging, so that you can connect with your therapist at any time. You can choose the mode of communication that is comfortable for you like text, calls, or video calls.  They have a team of knowledgeable and experienced mental health professionals. They provide help for various mental health issues like anxiety, depression, insomnia, psychosis, etc. They also have services for teenagers and couples. I also like the feature where you can purchase a gift card for loved ones and encourage them to accept therapy.  A major disadvantage of using Talkspace is that sometimes your schedule clashes with the schedule of your therapist.
