Talkus is the most powerful help desk platform that includes Twilio SMS and Slack for teams to communicate with customers.

Good!! Just started working with service. Quite a convenient way to communicate with clients. I have been waiting for this and it is just as good as it should be. it gives full reports, assets management, and control. I just love it as it allows me to do the job nicely.
