Tenance

Tenance is a property management app for landlords and property managers, built for the German market and available in German and English. It combines three things that usually live in separate places: tracking rent payments, handling maintenance requests, and communicating with tenants. Landlords add their properties and invite tenants with a personal tenant ID. Tenants can then report defects, follow the status of repairs, message their landlord and see their payment history in one place.

Maintenance requests can be quoted on by service providers, which keeps repairs documented and transparent. Tenance runs in the browser and as an installable mobile app (PWA). You can start for free, and a Pro plan is available for larger portfolios.
