I am a licensed clincial social worker specializing in working with depressed and suicidal people. In August 2022 I signed up for an account with Therapyzen to manage my electronic health records. In May 2024 I cancelled my Therapyzen membership. Since I cancelled my membership, Therapyzen has continued to schedule patients to work with me on their website and they have not given me the patients contact information so that I can contact the patient and provide care. Therapyzen has been unable to (or more likely they have refused to) remove my page from their website to prevent patients, who very likely are depressed and suicidal and seeking mental health care from me, from scheduling an intake. This results in depressed people expecting to meet with me, because they booked a session with me on therapyzen, and me no showing the appointment. This is incredibly dangerous and could contribute to a patient deciding to kill themselves.
